Hindi Department started in the year of 1964 with BA Elective Hindi with one faculty member. In 1978 the Department of Higher Education Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, taken over this college.

At present we are having undergraduate course in post graduation programme in Hindi.

Department of Hindi is a Research Centre approved and declared since 2022 by Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University Chhatarpur. At present ............ scholars of Ph.D. programme are registered in the Department
